Why would my personal data shown on WhosCall? How do I delete it?
WhosCall Registered Users
1.If your personal data are from the tags or comments posted in WhosCall community.
Please go to our WhosCall App and find ”my profile” , the second icon in the upper right corner. Click “privacy protection”, and then click “submit”. By doing so, those tags or comments regarding your number posted in WhosCall community will not be shown to WhosCall registered users.
2.If your personal data are online public information (ex: searchable on Google).
(1) Please contact the website administrator and make content removal requests.
(2) If you are not able to reach the website administrator, please refer to the methods provided by Google.
(3) WhosCall will update internet search results periodically. Once your personal data have been removed from the internet and the Google search engine has re-scan the website, the content will no longer appear among the WhosCall search results.
Non-registered Users
1.If your personal data are from the tags or comments posted in WhosCall community.
If you are not a WhosCall registered member or user, and you are not comfortable with the fact (after finding out) that your number was tagged or commented by other WhosCall registered members and expect the information no longer will be presented to other WhosCall members; please fill in related information regarding your number (name, phone number, e-mail, reasons that you want to remove the information, etc.) on our online questionnaire. We will reply to you soon after we verify the situation and have your number treated under special process so that the tags or comments related to your number in WhosCall community will no longer be displayed to other WhosCall registered members or users.
